JustJoin

For coaches, instructors, and group hosts

Bookings for every recurring session. One link, no attendee account.

You bring the audience — JustJoin gives them one page for everything you run. Confirmations, reminders, check-in and payments happen in the same flow.

No attendee account required
Attendee email stays private
Payments powered by Stripe
Online and in-person

This is what your attendees see

One mobile page with everything you run — free, support-based, paid or members-only, in person or online. They tap a session, type a name and an email, and they're booked. No account, no app, no password to forget.

Share your link wherever your people already are — Instagram bio, WhatsApp group, a story, an email. JustJoin doesn't replace your channel; it does the one step your channel can't.

The sample club is live — bookings on it really work, and no card is ever charged.

Already running your club on Meetup or WhatsApp? Run both.

Nothing has to move. Keep the channel you have, and use JustJoin for the booking step only. Free sessions cost nothing, so trying it costs you the ten minutes it takes to set up — then you decide with numbers instead of a guess.

The five-step plan for running both

Share it where your people already are

Same link everywhere. Every booking lands in one place.

WhatsApp — A WhatsApp group for Ghent Evening Runners: a member asks where Thursday's run starts, the host answers with the club link, and the link unfurls into a booking card.
Instagram story — An Instagram story from the yoga teacher Flow with Maya: a photo of the studio, the class time, and a link sticker that goes straight to the booking page.
Instagram profile — The same teacher's Instagram profile: the booking link is the one link in her bio, above a grid of her studio photos.
Facebook — A Facebook group post for Ghent Parents' Walk & Talk: the host shares the link, it unfurls into a card, and members react and reply.
LinkedIn — A LinkedIn post about Ghent Lunch Run: the founder writes about running at lunchtime and the link unfurls under the post, with two replies.
Telegram — A Telegram channel for the Ghent HYROX Crew: the booking link is the pinned message at the top of the channel.
Email — A monthly email from Ghent Clay Studio: the wheel-throwing workshop, a photo of the studio, and one button that books a seat.
TikTok — A TikTok from Ghent Evening Runners: a clip of Saturday's track session with the booking link in the bio.

Your audience is ready. Your signup flow should be too.

Before

  • DMs, forms, and scattered links
  • People drop off or don't show up
  • Payments are awkward (or happen off-platform)

After

  • One link → one session to join
  • Confirmations, reminders, and check-in
  • Built-in payments (paid sessions, support, memberships)

How it works

1

Create your club page — your permanent link for upcoming sessions

2

Add a session — set time, location or join link, capacity, and price

3

Share your link — post it where your audience already follows you

Free sessions are free. Paid sessions cost 3%.

No monthly fee, no per-seat fee, no contract. When you charge, JustJoin takes a flat 3% and Stripe takes its standard processing fee — both out of your side, never added on top of what the attendee pays.

A €20 paid session, standard European Economic Area cards

JustJoin's 3% is €0.60. Stripe's published card fee is roughly €0.55 (≈1.5% + €0.25). You receive about €18.85, paid out to your own Stripe account.

Frequently asked questions

JustJoin is a lightweight booking tool that lets hosts share a single link so attendees can join sessions in seconds — no app, no account required for attendees.

Free, support-based (attendees can contribute after), paid (fixed price), members-only, private (unlisted), online, or in-person.

No. Attendees join with just their name and email — no signup, no password, no app. They get a personal manage-booking link by email to view, cancel, or pay later.

Free sessions cost nothing. When you charge, JustJoin takes a flat 3% platform fee on top of Stripe's standard payment processing fees. Our 3% is the same in every country; Stripe's rate is not — it depends on your country, card type and payout currency, and the pricing page works the numbers through in your own currency. Worked in euros at Stripe's European card rate: on a €20 paid session the 3% JustJoin fee is €0.60 and Stripe's fee is roughly €0.55, so you receive around €18.85.

Payments go through Stripe Connect. You connect your own Stripe account once and receive payouts directly on Stripe's standard schedule. JustJoin never touches your money — Stripe holds and pays out funds straight to your bank account. Connecting Stripe is a guided form that takes about five minutes: your details, an ID check, and the bank account for payouts. No developer work, nothing to install.

No — and you don't need to. JustJoin sends every confirmation, reminder and session update to your attendees for you, including the messages you write, so the relationship stays yours without an inbox or a mailing list to maintain. You see names and headcounts; contact details stay private.

Yes, and there is nothing to cancel first — no contract, no notice period, no monthly bill to stop. What you can take today: from your host dashboard, Privacy & data gives you a one-click JSON export of your profile, your clubs, every session you have run, and your bookings, payments, memberships and subscriber records. What is deliberately NOT in it: attendee names and email addresses. You never had attendee emails in the first place — that is the privacy promise attendees book on — and names are stripped from the export too, so JustJoin will not hand anyone an attendee mailing list, including you on your way out. Per session you can also take the roster itself: the session's roster screen has an Export roster (CSV) button, giving you attendee names, booking status, and the booked, checked-in and waiver-accepted timestamps. Attendee email addresses are not in that file either — the roster never held them, so there is nothing to strip. To close the account: same page, Request account deletion. We process it within 30 days and email you when it is done. Payment records are kept for 10 years because Belgian tax law requires it.

JustJoin is currently English only — host dashboard, club pages, session pages, emails, and receipts. More languages are on the roadmap; if a specific language would unlock JustJoin for you, email support@justjoin.app — it genuinely influences which one we ship first.

Getting started

Coaches, instructors, group leaders, and anyone who runs recurring in-person or online sessions and already has an audience on social media, WhatsApp, or elsewhere.

Three steps — your account, your club, your first session — and about two minutes if you have the session details to hand.

Yes. Running free sessions is always free. You only pay when you charge attendees.

No. JustJoin is fully web-based and works on any modern browser — phone, tablet, or desktop, for both hosts and attendees. No install needed.

No. JustJoin doesn't replace your main channel — it makes the step from 'interested' to 'signed up' frictionless. You keep your audience where it already is.

Sessions & bookings

You choose the mode when creating a session. For in-person you add a location; for online you add a video link (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, etc.). JustJoin doesn't host video itself — attendees see the link after they join. Attendees get reminders 24h, 2h, and 30m before any session (online or in-person). For online sessions where the link is still missing, we also nudge the host at T-24h, T-3h, and T-60m so it's added in time.

Yes. New sessions default to Draft so you can prepare quietly. Publishing requires an explicit confirmation, and only published sessions appear on your club page or accept bookings.

When a session is full, attendees can join a waitlist. If a spot opens up, the next person is automatically promoted on a first-come, first-served basis and notified by email.

Yes, with guardrails. Small edits are free; significant changes (date, time, location, price) automatically notify all attendees so nobody is surprised.

The manage-booking link is replaced with quick links back to the club and (for support-based sessions) a one-tap support flow. Attendees can leave anonymous, private feedback (Great / OK / Not for me) — hosts see the aggregate, never individual responses.

JustJoin provides check-in so hosts can track attendance. No-shows don't receive automatic refunds.

Cancellations & refunds

Yes. Hosts can cancel at any time with a mandatory message to attendees. Paid attendees are refunded automatically under the fair-refund rule (full refund within 24h of cancellation by the host).

Yes, via their manage-booking link. The refund outcome follows the host's published cancellation policy, which is always shown above the Join button before booking.

Three: Flexible — cancel any time before the session starts for a full refund. Standard — full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before; within 24 hours it's at the host's discretion. Strict — refunds aren't automatic once your spot is confirmed (the host may still issue one in special cases). We recommend Flexible by default: it removes friction at booking, builds trust, and most no-shows happen so close to the session that a stricter rule rarely changes the outcome — it just costs you bookings up front. Hosts can change the policy per session.

No. Memberships can be cancelled anytime — when a member cancels, they keep access until the end of their current billing period and aren't charged again. No partial refund is issued for unused time. Members are never locked in, and hosts keep the value already delivered.

Payments & payouts

Only when you want to publish a paid, support-based, or members-only session. Free sessions don't require Stripe at all.

Yes to both. You set the price per session or membership in any supported currency. The price you display is exactly what attendees pay — fees are deducted from your side, never added on top.

No. Stripe supports individuals in most countries. You can start hosting and receiving payments as a sole individual.

JustJoin sends a payment confirmation email for every transaction, and Stripe can also send automatic receipts if enabled in your Stripe settings. For formal tax invoices, check your local requirements — JustJoin doesn't generate tax invoices, and you remain responsible for your own tax obligations.

Memberships

No — each club offers a single monthly membership formula. This is deliberate: one clear price keeps the decision simple for attendees and removes the friction of comparing tiers. You can update the price at any time for new members.

Members don't need an account. They go to justjoin.app/membership/recover, enter the email they used to subscribe, and get a fresh management link by email. From there they can cancel, resume, or check their renewal date in one tap.

Members-only sessions are visible to everyone on your club page but only bookable by active paying members. It's a way to reward your community with exclusive content without hiding what they get.

Privacy & trust

Yes. Post-session feedback (Great / OK / Not for me) is fully anonymous and shown to hosts only in aggregate — never tied to a specific attendee.

Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. JustJoin never sees or stores card details.

Your club & link

Yes. Your club gets a unique slug (e.g., justjoin.app/your-name) that you can customize once.

Yes. You can manage up to 3 clubs from a single account and switch between them in one tap.

For attendees

Go to the host's club page and use 'Already booked? Resend my link', or visit justjoin.app/manage/recover. Enter the email you used to book and we'll send a fresh management link. If we don't find a booking, you'll still get an email so you know for sure.

Open your manage-booking link from your confirmation email and tap Cancel. Refund eligibility depends on the host's policy, which is shown above the Join button on every session page before you book.

No. The price you see on the session page is the exact amount you pay at checkout. JustJoin and Stripe fees are deducted from the host's side, never added on top.
